NHS dental care is still free to children under 18 or under 19 in full-time education, as well as pregnant women and, new mothers and people on certain state benefits. Please ask us for further details on possible exemptions. The practice team will be happy to answer any questions you have about NHS charges.
Diagnosis, treatment planning and maintenance – Clinical examination, X-rays, scaling and polishing, and preventative dental work such as oral hygiene instruction.
Simple treatment – Fillings, extractions, surgical procedures.
Provisions of appliances – Complex treatment, including laboratory elements such as crowns and dentures.
Treatment is required where there is severe pain or the risk of oral health significantly deteriorating.
